avatar how do you customize it?

Ive noticed some of you have avatars that arent on the list. How do you do that? (make your avatar one thats not on the list? Thanks in advance <IMG SRC="smilies/glee.gif" border="0">

you have to make one and send it to shawn, i think it has to be 64x64 and gif or jpg, but i could be wrong. Mines custom <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">
