please take note that the scans are in black and white so it's occasionally hard to see. (especially the character moveslist). i'll name the characters that were on the moveslist scan just for you guys.

Athena....FUCK!
Todo...Why? I can think of many more worthy characters.
Hibiki...Who?
Iori and Vice...YES!
Rock and Geese...their intro will be interesting.

ok. i've carefully viewed the moveslist scan. i will now comment on some characters.

Kyosuke - all of his specials and supers from Project Justice have been retained;
Akuma - he has a new DP + K special move. i'm not sure what it does. also, he may have two level 3 supers (the other one came from SF3: 3rd Strike);
Ken - his overhead kick special from CvS 1 is now RDP + K;
Guile - he now has his Sonic Hurricane from SFA3. also his Crossfire Blitz can now be done with Kick since his Sonic Hurricane is charge B, F, B, F + P;
Dhalsim - he has a Yoga Inferno and Yoga Strike Supers. i don't know if his Yoga Stream has been retained;
Blanka - his Tropical Storm super has been added;
Sagat - Capcom puts his moves from SFA 3 back;
Bison - his Psycho Crusher special is back! also, he has a new Mega Psycho Crusher from SFEX2 Plus;
Sakura - same as in CvS 1. i miss her EX version though;
Cammy - her Reverse Shaft Breaker and Killer Bee Assault are all here;
Haohmaru - his specials and supers are based on Samurai Shodown 2;
Chang - plays like his KOF '94 self;
Kyo - his Poison Gnawfest has returned. the command is QCF + Fierce Punch;
Iori - same as CvS 1. he does gain a Talon Slash Comb from KOF 98 though;
Terry - his Power Dunk has been added;
Ryo - all three of his supers are here, and yes he still has his AOF fireball instead of his KOF 97 version;
Mai, Kim, Raiden, Benimaru, Yuri - like Ryo, all of their supers are here;
others - mostly the same though;

And it looks as if all of her moves are in place. And in video footage that I've seen, I know she has her Psycho Stun even though it doesn't appear to be listed...

Well, the real life philosiphy of Shotokan karate is not to learn a large number of moves, but rather to learn a small number and perfect them. Therefore, Ryu is technically following the tenets of his style by spending his time mastering the moves he has now and not developing new ones.

does iori have any new desperation moves,if not capcom sucks.

Iori should have his S1407 Style - Dark Thrust Slash super from 99-00. It's even capcom-style command(qcf,qcf+k)If Akuma has his Kongou Kokuretsu Zan super from 3rd strike, that would awesome. Also Balrog(boxer)looks awesome in SNK artwork this time around. Later

Yes... these are much easier to read and decipher. I can make the characters out better on this one.
