Krauser in kof96 is one of the strongest grappler too..

And in Capcom side,
Zangief has good range but he is boring...alway same tactics.

I'd go with Zangief. Good grabs, good normals, good specials, good supers. Average speed won't matter due to the high priority of his lariats being able to take out most jump-ins.

I would have to say the best for Capcom is Alex of Street Fighter 3 third strike. He's not really what you would call a grappler, perhaps, but he's got it where it counts.

On the SNK side, there's more of higher quality, if you ask me. Deep down I wanna say Clark, but Goro is also really good, too. I can't quite decide. I guess for ease of use, I would have to say Clark. He's just too good.

Don,t say Maxima, is a grappler with all laws so the strongest grappler in the two companies is Clark, but have Daimon inflamous and abusive graps that Clark?
Is a hard question....
