i'm currently at the process of determining wheteher this is fake or real.

going through my daily agenda of looking for updates on pages i fund this at higher voltage... i found this. probably old news by now, but still-


Capcom vs SNK 2 advert [1] [2]

(not the best of quality. if fact, the quality is really shit. but it's enough for us fanatics to make theories and assumptions on)

by the way, Chang isn't wearing fatigues, that's Choi. (he must be a striker or something... like Yun/Yang)

i'm starting to think that I should get a playstation 2. provided there isn't an Xbox port.

Shit. Those assholes at Capcom USA aren't bringing this over to the US Dreamcasts <IMG SRC="smilies/mad.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/mad.gif" border="0"> (Since they showed the PS2 logo only in the advertisement). Oh well.... I can always import it... again, those idiots have pissed us U.S DC owners.

What? Is it a fact it's not coming to the US? It's okay, since I own both a US and Japanese DC, but still! Oh well, I'm going to import this one the second I can.

GREAT shots of Hibiki and Eagle in those pics! I think that is the first time I've seen them on the net.

Batsu, it may just not be financially possible for Capcom to bring the game over to the States for DC. They had to retail Project Justice for 20 dollars here, I'm sure they'd take an even bigger hit if they had to do the same with CvS2. US DC owners have reason enough already to be pissed at Sega for giving up, Capcom is just trying to make money like everyone else.

I wouldn't be surprised if the game comes out for X-Box as well, tho I don't really know at this point.

Is it just me, or has Chun Li been redrawn in those pics? I also think that advert is a fake because the logo's all wrong.

Yes.. Chunli is redrawn...

And for somereason, I think Chang and Choi will play together, with possibly one controllign Chang while Choi simply follows (think of BB Hood in Darkstalkers 3, with her dog following her, except Choi will be able to attack!).

As for the US DC release issue, all I can say is wait. Capcom didn't officially announce anything yet, only that it was coming to Arcade (Naomi), DC, and PS2. They did NOT say it was only going to be released in the US on the PS2. I know it would suck if it were true, but wait until Capcom really confirms it before you go wagging your fingers and saying "I told you so!".

Is CVS:PRO coming out in the USA? I know for a fact its not coming out in the UK anyway..... I'm also doubting that CVS2 will come out here either.... like I care, I'll just get them on import anyway <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">
