3rd Strike all the way. The Technical aspects of this game are amazing. Don't get me wrong MOTW is good but to a veteran fighter its to simple.
Graphic wise i will have to say 3rd strike wins as well. CPS3 is a beast when used right.

MOTW for sure. Both games are about even deep in gameplay, MOTW can get just as complicated as SF3 can.

3rd strike is better, imo

3S is fun in 1p, and in 2p it's even better
MOTW is just boring in 1p, but in 2p it's a monster of a game

So I guess 3S is a better overall game

they're both so damn good.......probably the best for Capcom in awhile.

i say Capcom models the new Capcom vs. SNK on one of these with the new sprites and stuff.

Seeing that lousy projectile animations in SF3 makes me laugh everytime. They should have fixed this, too. At least in 3rd strike, but they did not.

Compare them to the projectiles in MotW. No chance!

Street Fighter III: Third Strike. I get Ryu, Ken and Chun Li. In Garou: Mark of the Wolves I get Terry. Where the fuck is Andy and Joe. They started Garou they should be their no matter how old they are. For that reason I like Third Strike better. I atleast have Ken and Ryu to fall back on. In Mark of the Wolves I have Terry, but he no longer has his Rising Tackle which is a bitch. If I hadn't played Capcom Vs SNK 2 before it I may not have even liked Rock. Not to mention the whole Grant confusion...

Maybe, but atleast you have not such lousy chars like Necro, Dudley, etc. but Marco, Rock, Hotaru in MotW.

And Marco Rodriquez kicks any ass!

3rd Strike All the Way, where do think Snk got Just defended From, a Dream, no it came from biting off Capcom, Parrying Backwards, come on now, but MOTW is Truly A work of Art. You can Compare MOTW to 2nd Impact but Not 3RD Strike <img src="graemlins/shame.gif" border="0" alt="[Shame]" />

butt(ahahhahahhaha what a cheap name)

the rest of both casts are average at best(not including bosses of course).....why does snk keep hiding in 2-d. come out and show us a real 3-d fighter that plays like a 2-d fighter with better graphics.....Capcom has failed at that(project justice came close though)

Pah, In that minor enhancement called 3rd strike they even managed to ruin more good fighters like Shawn or Dudley. 3rd Strike is not this good after all!

Oh I consider Gato being pretty strong! So is Hokutomaru and the bosses, too! Bosses are good, but not as unfair and cheap as Kain, so they can be put to the regular fighters.

Graphics: 3S (MotW is too..... yeesh)
Gameplay/Characters: MotW (Some clones in 3S)
Audio: MotW (3S doesn't really pump spirit)
Modes: MotW (Has art gallery, Survival is more interesting)
Umm.... any other ratings?
Well anyway, MotW has 3/4 of them. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE 3S, but MotW is more modern and worked on
