As far as your question dr.r.muckly, I've got all the KOF's...the only one he's selectable in is 96.

Allegedly, the animation is in the game--I've heard reports that if you have access to the DIP switches (either in a MVS setup or an arcade mod on your AES system), you can view Geese's Deadly Rave animation. Supposedly, Ralf had the Galactica Phantom in '96 as well. They both got cut from the game, presumably because there wasn't enough time to add them in.

Edit: But there's no way to actually use or perform the Deadly Rave in KOF '96.
