This combo was done with the KoF '99 trainer and NeoRageX. I don't know how they captured what was happening on the screen though.

The ability to hit the guy right before they're about to hit the ground when you use the Ralf striker is doable without the trainer though. It was a bug (feature?) in '99. Timing is somewhat strict.

However being able to send a striker in the middle of a combo in '99 can only be done with the KoF '99 trainer.

Yeah that one involves the trainer allright and you could even do a jumping D to start a combo after ralf connects his galactica phantom.

Hmm I guessing this combo came from Fighteden.com,the webmaster there was saying something about using this software that can capture the roms and then make it into a combo movie or something

What is that software? I need to know 'cause I want to show videos of various bugs you can do in '99 and I feel screenshots just don't cut it sometimes.

They use trainer to perform this combo otherwise in normal game this combo is not possible Only one Condition
