KOF95 KICKS ASS!

Just got my US AES today in the mail, oh boy is this game better than the reviews stated. I hadn't played this game since '95 and have been playing KOF94 pretty heavily, but man '95 is definitely a good improvement. Better backgrounds, better music, team edit, IORI, new moves, deeper combo system, and better responsive controls. The ONLY nit-pick is the damage is unbalanced which leads to very quick rounds and one-combo-and-your-done rounds. Overall, better than '94!

Man, I've had this game for a WEEK and I am still playing it for at least an hour a day! Definitely best old-school KOF. I got to write a review that is actually worthy of being in the reviews section.

KOF 95 is great but i can´t agree that it´s better then 94.

I think some of the backgrounds look pretty stale. Compare japan or brazil teams background 94-95 for example.

And i don´t like most of the music.

The good thing thought is some heavy combos, one of the best intros in the series and eiji kisaragi.

I agree that brazil team's stage is wack but team japan's is amazing. I love that pulsating crowd. One of my all time favs.

KOF 95 is my favorite KOF next to KOF 96. KOF 95 has one of the best character line up in the KOF series. Also, the control is pretty good, but, not as good as later ones, tho. But, KOF 95 is a good game overall.

Yeah, I have to chime in on this one too. KOF 95 is definitly one of the BEST KOF's ever!

I would only put 2k2, 98, and maybe 96 in front of it. 95 is definitly tops in my book. Real quality game with tons of improvements from the previous year. buttrock

I was surprised how cool the intro/intro music was. My gawd it sounded awesome. First time I played, I got raped by O rugal, but the other night i started playing, and I was using Kyo, and i just rushed in and took him out, almost got a fecking perfect.

The AB "sidestep" is HUGE in 95, cause trying to jump-in you'll just get knocked out of the air quick. The AB dodge lets you get inside.
