K' team - not surprising other than the fact that Lin joins them. K' and Maxima are still the only characters I like on the team.

Kyo team - nice to see one of my all time favorite teams reunited again. They should have never split up in the first place.

Iori team - the team itself makes little sense; even after reading the translation of the team's story. Iori should have stayed an edit character. If it's one thing I've learned over the years it's that Iori doesn't play nice with others. Also, Iori and Ramon are the only ones I like on the team.

Ikari Team - never been a big fan of the team; but I was starting to warm up to them after Heidern got booted and before Whip joined. Now that one eye's back I'll proberly like them as much as I did back in KOF 94, 99, and 00' (Not very much! <IMG SRC="smilies/mad.gif" border="0"> ).

FF team - not surprising really. I knew that either Mai or Mary would join the team again this year; though Mai would have given them more of an old school feel but I'm not complaining that Mary joined them again.

AOF team - I liked the 99 version of the team better than the 00' version. Team Kyokugenryu is back!!! <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

Gals team - Haven't really cared much for this team since KOF95. Maybe next year Tsugumi or Lenny will replace Xiangfei (Yeah right and maybe a second all female team will be added too.).

NEST team - Can't comment until I see them in action. I already know I don't like the coverage/range on certain attacks I saw.

Psycho Soldier team - Well, at least I heard Bao's projectile has less range and he's sports a new style of play. Could have been worse; they could have finally eliminated the last of my all time favorite teams.

Korean team - See Ikari team.

I could care less about the boss. I'm not too crazy about boss characters for the most part.
