This isn't all of the report just some of it....


K'
Seems that he has a low hit move after Black Out.
The 2nd hit after the strong Crow Bites is either gone or a new command.
The Chain Drive can now suck people from the air, depending on how it hits.

Maxima
Hasn't really changed.
Bunker Buster's damage is now way lower.VaporCannon is wire move.

Whip
Boomerang seems to hit people up to a lot easier.
Hit 2 times with the Desert Eagle and it pops the opponent up. But will it be useful?

Lin
As mentioned before, major overhaul.
He doesn't have the Doku Shukou anymore (or it's different command)
The NDL-like move > follow up possible.
Hiten Kyaku: the final hits may be changed.
Think of his 222+AC as Dio's MudaMudaMuda!

Kyo
He can combo crouch B > 6B now. I think that is too much. I hope they take that out in the final.
He lost his Nue-Tsumi.
From Doku-gami combination > Oni-yaki.
From Ara-gami combination > Kototsuki.
Far standing D is now the 99 version.
Nanase's motion is now the 00 far kick.

Benimaru
Shinkuu Kata-te Goma now knocks opponents away as it hits. = do it up close, all hit. Do it far away and they get pushed out > you get countered. Last hit knocks opponent down.
Jack Knife Kick now connects from close C and other moves.
Daimon
His Zujou-barai is slower.
He has slow recovery time after his special throws.

Shingo
Shingo Kick as quicker recovery. But I heard it doesn't knock the opponent down.
Ore-Mushiki looks like it's a ranbu type, meaning that it sucks opponents in. Damaging, I heard.

Iori
Nothing new from last report, but I hear that Aoi-bana > another special take a stock.
Nevertheless it makes him too strong.

Vanessa
1-2 Puncher knocks them down, regardless of if it was cancelled into. That means you must cancel from the 1st hit.

Seth
His atemi has changed. I don't really know what, but I think it's what he does after.
The 6B > 6A now knocks them down, so I don't know what use it'll be.
Strong Sho-Yoh is Wire.
Mid-ari special kicks are strong.
He has an Irimi-Nadazuki like special slide. CAn fllow up with a Tackle, etc.
ST motion weakened.

Ramon
Now that the Sobat is a Wire, you can't down recover from it.
421+K is a move where he climbs the wall and moonsaults, but you can cancel like Mai's Musasabi no Mai. But so far, it looks useless.
His Somersault is now blockable, but it has very quick recovery.
He has a move that picks opponent off the ground, wrestling style (22+C).
Of course, IMO, he needs better normal moves...

Terry
Round Wave doesn't connect from a close C anymore.
Other than that, more or less the same (weakened?)
Win pose Garou pose, with a little Rock coming out.

Andy
Move-wise nothing new.
Zan-ei Ken easier to do?
Zan-ei Ryuusei Ken 1st hit does big damage.

Joe
Joe's new super = Mai's Chou Hissatsu Shinobi-bachi Joe version (FF1's knee going sideways)
Ougon no Kakato = weakened?
Sliding doesn't knock down.
Has a total of 3 supers (still has Chijou Saikyou no Low Kick)

Mary
Her Real Counter is less invincible now.
Climbing Arrow is now 1B, and it knock opponent up like RB.
Snatcher is S. Cancelable

Ryo
Gedan-uke is now 3B.
They're not kara-cancelable (they must parry to cancel)
Kohou Shippu Ken is way too strong. Has invincibility and it quick like 99, plus you can hit wiht a crouching C after.
Jump CD is new motion, stronger.
Zanretsu Ken weak is Wire, strong is the usual.
Ryuuko Ranbu = no invincibility

Robert
Genei Kyaku is slow to come out, but has priority.
Renbu Kyaku is Wire, but is now blockable.
Se-ryuuga can combo from Wire or cancel, normal damage, but doesn't look cool (haha)

Yuri
Kou-ou Ken doesn't connect as usual.
Hien Shippu Ken has recovery time quicker than Terry's Burn Knuckle.
Hien Hou-ou Kyaku has invincibility at the start.
Her Shun-goku-satsu wannabe is invincible while moving, and as expected, unblockable. Damage is high. She has 2 poses, one with her back turned and one with a victory pose.

Takuma
Basically the same.
I wish they'd change him...

Heidern
Think 98 + no charge.
Cross Cutter now knocks opponent down.
Neck Rolling can cross up.
King Bringer is slow as usual, but has longer atemi time.

Ralf
Vulcan's damage is lower.
Bakudan Punch is said to have been changed, but I don't know how. I heard you can hit poeple on the ground now.

Athena
No more Psychic Shoot. And no return of the SP Throw, so it's even worse.
Psychic 9 is a Deadly Rave command ranbu move. Think of it as the ranbu from Gals Fighters (she changes costumes, I'm figuring 94~01). If you miss, you do her taunt from 00, the butt one. Which means, unlike the Deadly Rave, if you miss, you'll be countered.

Kensou
98+00.
He has his Senkyuu-tai, but the Sen Shippo isn't confirmed.
Has his Nikuman super and is Senki Hakkei back.

Chin
For awhile, his far C didn't cancel, but they brought it back. (whew!)
But still, losing his Suikan Kan-ou is nt good.
His Shihai Kou seems to have invincibility.

Mai
Ryuu EnBu is weakened to the point of crying.
(noooo)

Hinako
Now only had 3A.
Her 6B B is now her B. Now that it's considered a weak attack, it sucks big time.
CD gets countered a lot from the air.
Her Tsuki-dashi is Wire, but you'd never use it + nothing to do after.
Gasshou Hineri still is invincible at the start.
Oo-ichi-ban start with a CD attack, and I heard it may be good for anti-air. Also seems quick enough to combo.
But in general, Hinako seems waaaaaaaaay weaker. (Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Kim
Haki-can is back!
Ryuusei Ryuaku is gone.
His Kuu-renngeki is now cancelable on the 2nd hit. Noooooooooo!! Why make Kim easier to play!? I may have to stop playing him this year...

Chang
Has guard point back on the Funsai geki (earlies it was reported that he didn't)
Dai-Kaiten is quick, now that it's a command.
Dai-Hakai Nage is VERY damaging.
His useless atemi is now even more useless go to the fact you can down recover after it.
Jump CD not as strong downwards.
Cuffs > wristbands.

Choi
Zan! Engetsu-rin makes an X from below. Think of it as 2 Geysers. Can hold.

Mei Li
She has a Hou-ou Kyaku move (can be done in air).
Mei Li Kick is strong.
Standard 214+B or D is atemi. (no low one?)
You can combo from Standard into Hero mode.
Mei Li = Kamen Rider.

Kula
Rei Spin is like her jump CD. I heard she has follow ups for this more. A Shunpuu Kyaku like move, a sliding move, and a projectile move is what I heard.
Can now follow up after Daimond Edge, counter or not.
3C spears opponent with an ice lance.

Foxy
Quick.
Wakusei no Inori is useful (I don't know what it is though :P)
Hornet Needle is like her ST action in 00, but it is slow to come out. However, it paralyzes the opponent = free super.
Slide move like Ky from GGX.
ST is now a moonsault like move.

Angel
Start pose: "oi---su"
Has a Rage Run type move. I don't know what moves she can do after this. (Sharan?)
Blockable running throw, but quick recovery. (Chance!)
Super is a ranbu type (Ma---da yo!)
Has a super atemi.
Has either a hit-thorw or normal atemi, though I'm not sure if this doubles up with the super atemi info or not. (O-baka-san!)
If you didn't notice, her phrases were in the parantesis)

Tetsuo....er K9999
Punch attacks are long.
JC is like Geese's, multi-hit.
Acchi he Ittero! is a projectile that only goes halfway. Multi-hit, but no down. Comboable.
Crouch D is a slide. Short, but quick recovery.
Uruse-! hits 6 times, but I don't know what it is.
His super is he busts out a Machine gun.
MAX his right hand becomes a giant tentacle and stabs the opponent.
Warero! isn't a good anti-air, but after it hits, Tsuki... connects.
Has a move where he stomps on the opponent while flying sideways. Kinda ballet-like. Low hit?
Opening: Kitemiro, hae-domo!
Final Down: Ite-- janeka!
Let me rephrase the title: Testuo!!

Although I think they should have given Terry a Firekick or Busterwolf. <IMG SRC="smilies/cool.gif" border="0">

They should of added "Buster Wolf" two his other DM if they were gonna weakend him that much.

Oh well, Chang is now a command and not a tap character. I'll have to adjust my game play a bit.
