I have a loooong list for that one, but I'll make it short
1. Iori (I like Iori but the fact that he killed Vice and Mature stills hurts me <IMG SRC="smilies/confused.gif" border="0"> )
2.Yashiro; he killed Shermie <IMG SRC="smilies/mad.gif" border="0">
3.K'; fuck that bastard <IMG SRC="smilies/envy.gif" border="0">
4.Kyo; see K' <IMG SRC="smilies/envy.gif" border="0">
5. Ryu (he could be on No.1 too I hate him) <IMG SRC="smilies/veryangry.gif" border="0">

I'd have to say my no. 1 is Chang, not only do I hate him, but he's also big and easier to practice combos on.

*side note, Ryu would rape Vice and Mature* <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0"> no offense

1. Rugal (He's a joke. Why can he be so high and mighty? KOF95 OmegaRugal quote "I'm more than a god. I'm a superstar!!" KOF98 "Repeat me after this , 'I'll never take on a god again..' " Give me a break!!! For such a boss who can't stop poking opponents!!!

2. Klizald (His moves are pathetic...LOL, his counter kicks got owned by Kasumi's grab SDM)

3.Choi (The most annoying keep away character...)

4.Ramon (Seth is the better man for Vanessa.)

5. Yuri *No comment*

For me... Iori, only God knowns how much I hate that fashion emergency cheapass clown!!! Runner-ups: Benimaru and Ryo.

You think Ryo is cheap? His biggest disadvantage is against Great Shermie and Goro Daimon players. Goro rapes Ryo.

Never play Ryo like a shoto. He has more moves than Ryu/Ken only god awful 3 moves Hadouken, Shoryuken, Tatsumakisenpuukyaku....

Favorite punchball characters:
KOF´98 strange .....I put Iori because His style shoto-Ryu and fashion emergencies in the second place Heidern or Saisyhu (only I practice with Rugal).
KOF´99 Original Kyo and Iori because I didn´t kicks ass them in the game, my record is 356 points with my team K, Maxima, Ralf and Clark in level 4 <IMG SRC="smilies/ohno.gif" border="0"> .
Other games:Akuma and Kazuya.

Kyo. Man, I hate that guy...

Banimaru, Choi, Chang, Chin, Goro, Bao, Xiangfei, and the Kyo clones in '99 (grr...) are come in as well. I don't like any of them.
