KOF 2000 info

I can't seem to find any site that has the storyline and cast of characters for KOF 2000. Most of the sites I found are usually in a different language, so can anyone please direct me to a good english KOF site that has details on the storyline and the characters?

I've been reading posts on characters I don't even know like Kula, Candy, Zero, etc. I went to the official SNK site but they only had info on the official teams, and nothing beyond their status (Who cares if Lin likes to eat cheese or whatever, I want to know who the hell he is!).
