Art Of Fighting

I really like this team, I mean I love the art of fighting games and it upsets me a little to see them not majorly involved in the KOF storyline.
So I think it would be a good idea to have sub story lines going on through KOF, for instance Takuma and Mr.Big also Terry and Geese etc..

What do you guys think
Also who is your favourite member of the kyokugen family and what do you like most about the Art of fighting team.

Ryo is cool and all but i just couldn't get into using him.
Robert is a italian giggilo and I just don't like him
Yuri takls a hard game for a grrl who was "save me" bait from the first game

Until now...The MAN has been Takuma...but I don't know in 2002...I will have to play him to find out! Ryo was fun until 98..I hate the AOF team changes that came with the Nests saga(except takuma)

Yeah Takuma rules but in my mind AOF team should truely be "Robert, Ryo and Yuri" i dont know why but Takuma just seems to experienced to fight with them
When the NEST saga was going on I agree it sucked, King is great and all but come on why put her in AOF Team and Yuri in Female Fighters team

It really doesn't matter if the AOF team gets a story or not in KOF, KOF is KOF period. Each team has their own different ending though...so that is like a story.

RYO used to be really good in his KOF'94 and '95 years after '95 he was introduced with a new style..and Robert just the same thing, got really messed up in KOF'96 becoming a charge character.

My favorite has to be Akuma.

I don't like Ryo, too much of a Ryu Wannabe.
But Robert is hella cool, I wish I was like him.
They should have anew series of Art of Fighting, they haven't made one in 6 years.

Robert is THE DON!!! I think after Iori, Geese, Clark, Ralf & King he is the coolest SNK character.

I think Ryo is the better one of this team. Robert was actually funner to use in '01, IMO.

yeah, in 2000 they made his Ryu Geki Ken (wow, 3 street fighter characters!) look like a Charlie Sonic Boom (more charlie than guile) wannabe

I like to use Takuma and Yuri when I play KoF. Takuma is the badass of the Kyokugen Family, too bad they tuned him down in 2k2.

You know what really irritates me about the AO team? It's the fact that EVERY YEAR, they'll change Robert's moves -the real manipulation to perform, on your real joystick, that is- and this, I find agravating.

Even more than Yuri's insufferable voice.

The AOF team is one of my favourite teams, have been sincee KOF 94.

They kick ass in 2k1, sincee ryo and robert have easy critical wires and yuri has the raging demon. And i can easily pull of an instant death combo with her... =)

Takuma is a great character, i think the changes for KOF 2002 seems cool, since he don´t get changed very often.

The AOF team is awsome in the early games. My favorite character in there is Robert by far, I think he was the first character I ever got good with in kof95.
My favorite AOF team is by far the one in 95. They all got the huge fireballs and the stupid moves where they punch super fast, I love that.

well in the current aof team takuma is the best. and in 95 ryo was the man. but my favorite aof charater in kof has to be eiji. king, and kasumi are good, but eiji has that whole badass ninja thing going on.
