stage select in kof 2000

it the usual problem at kof does anybody know how i can select zero's stage the temple and the awesome looking ice stage of kula in the aes version of kof 2000?
have anyone of ya kof pros found out how to play as ZERO? and hey he's not that bad! look at gill of sf3 and you know what is a bad character

U can't seclect the Zero's stage.

why is that so ?are the programmers dumb??
what about kulas ice stage?
