Background:Raipuu's original name is Kuok Minghui.He used to be an employee under a particular company.However,due to his backstabbing boss,he quits and left for Japan
to quiet himself down.In Japan,he was killed trying to save a child from a gunshot.Then he was sent to heaven and there he met God and from God's mouth,he knew that ancient Japan was in crisis.Under the choice of saving Japan and living in heaven,he chose the former,where in there,he met the guardian of a certain scroll which enables one to create his own kenjutsu,Amakusa Shirou
Tokisada.Coincidentally,God told him to get the scroll in order to save Japan.Minghui finally gain Amakusa's recognition and trained for a year,after which he has create his own kenjutsu.Then,he changed his name to Kenkawa Raipuu,which literally means Thunder Wind of Sword River,Then,after learning of the nature of the threat,he left Amakusa and ultimately,a legend belonging to Raipuu is unveiled...

History: Kyo was not NESTS first choice for clones. Back when Iori killed Vice and Mature, NESTS hopped on the chance to make a hybrid power/speed fighter. They collected what they could find and went back to their base. When they were sucessful, they put the poor girl(or Felony as she liked to be called) through test after test after test... In the end, she passed with flying colors on everything. NESTS then sent her to do her first job: take out Iori Yagami. When she finally did find him, they went toe to toe, tooth and nail. The battle raged on for hours, but Felony wound up on top, ready to deliver the finishing blow. Then something clicked, she couldn't do it. She ran away from the unconscious Yagami body, knowing she couldn't kill him. Going AWOL from NESTS, she reaked havok on fighters left and right, but couldn't take out any of them. Finally she came back to the NESTS base and was met with glaring diapproval. She was sentanced to a quick death. Something else clicked, she had to get the hell outta there. Dodging bulletfire, traps, and guards, she escaped, but barely. It's been years since she's been on the run, but one day an invitation caught up with her. A KOF invitation. She could sense NESTS was behind this, but she was still drawn to it. She entered as a single entry.

Story: Shane knows the streets of Southtown Secondus like the back of his hand. A roamer at heart, he keeps coming back to this city. He's never been much of a fighter, but he does know how to defend himself, as he was top of his JKD class. He entered the Maximum Mayhem tourney to see how his skill could match up with other fighters.

In 1997, two twins, the son and daughter of Diana Diamond (a powerful N.E.S.T.S. enforcer) were forced to undergo radical genetic manipulation. The daughter was endowed with the power of ice, while the son's DNA was merged with a particularly interesting sample that the scientists had found after the "Orochi Event."

The boy was, even at the age of 11*, too powerful for the N.E.S.T.S. forces to control. Only his mother and sister could reason with him, and only one fellow lab subject--a boy who had been experimented upon with the Kusanagi cells--could rival him. Over time, the two became friends, until the KOF'99 tournament occurred.

K' and O' were fighting to determine which of them would join Maxima as the "plants" in the tournament. O' knew that somehow, this tournament would help K' find out who he really was. He threw the fight, allowing K' to enter the tournament.

After the 2000 tournament, involving the traitor Zero, O' looked for data as to where K' was.

Those were the words that came up the most. K' had dared to exit the fold, and the fold was going to kill him. O' knew what he had to do--he had to get to K' before N.E.S.T.S. did and stop the assassination.
