I was looking at the thread about K and I am just wondering, who is the cheesiest fighter in the opinion of all of you out there. They can be from any SNK game, and give reasons.

Chang, his fucking bowling ball is deals insane damage.
Choi, There are times you can't even hit this fuck.
Chin, that 'jump forward and nail you for 13 hits' move comes immediately to mind.
Whip, can't do anything when she always tries to teleport on your head, getting yanked from the air sucks too.

um...

SNK: Ryo Sakazaki. that lunging arm arc move is extrememly annoying, and it's also an overhead. the koh ken move also has hidden range, and he is almost invincible when he does it. (hehehe... although, you can completely bypass this fireball with Kyo or K' far standing D) He also just annoys the fuck out of me.

Other: Dizzy from Guilty Gear X. Jesus christ, her billions of projectiles and her mega cheapo unblockable supers can be a pain the ass. probably the hardest boss i've ever played. one time i spent 3~4 straight hours of continuing before i beat her. it wasn't very fun.

one thing about recent fighters that PISSES ME OFF is that the computer players don't have to do the motions to do their special moves. for example, i would win against robert garcia EVERY TIME if he actually had to charge down and then hit up to do his anti air backflip kick. seriously not fair.

That Ryo arcing arm move also leaves him very open to an uppercut.

Who has played the original Fatal Fury? Billy Kane has ultra-cheese in it. Half screen range for attacks and his pole-vaulting trick crosses over, hitting blocking oppenents on the other side. He was harder then geese in that game.

Another thing which is either cheesy or fair but just very annoying is Moriya's ability to do his Slash after the Moon Walk. Teleport across screen and then slash them. I have cured many opponent of the desire to jump in, yet it bothers my conscience.

Any the other thing about computer opponents is that some of the coolest tricks such invisibilty, control switch-ups and confusion tactics don't work on them. Still, this isn't cheesy so much as difficult to program.

He is harder than Geese in FF1. I just played it again to get to him. And he has a move where he spins his staff and then throws it at you. Even if you miss, you can't attack him - he blocks and is completely invincible until someone from the crowd throws him another stick.

I love Billy as a playable characters, but this was just wrong. All you had to do to beat Geese (with Terry) is wait for him to do a couple Repukkens, and then jump in with a buringing knuckle. Timed correctly, it stops his next repukken, and you can keep doing that until the end of the match... unlike Billy.

King of Fighters: Chang. I hate his stupid goddamn bowling ball on a chain. Sometimes you can't even touch him because he keeps swinging it. Also, Choi. He is so tiny most moves don't hit him.

Garou MOTW: B. Jenet. Need I say more?

Capcom cheese (honorable mention): Demon Hyo in Project Justice. He takes forever to beat if you are bad at blocking.

Forgot to add, I totally agree with the Ryo comments posted earlier. He's cheap.

Going against Ryo has never been a problem for me. BTW, I played FF1 again just before now Wages, and I just figured out, when thrown, Billy loses his staff, and then can be thrown again. Just throw him over and over again. He can be beaten easily.

Sorry about before, wait until the guy throws him his staff, as he is coming down (after he jumps to get it), throw him.

I am editing this right now do see if I can get my damn sign. pic working.

Are you serious? I'm gonna try it out when I get the chance. Thanks, Kamaitachi!

SNK: Krizaldad in Kof99, he is so cheap when you set the game on the harder levels. He does that wind kick thingy over and over again which keeps pushing me into the corner then when he finally stops he rushes in and does his super. Still I always beat him in the end. Also for some reason Takuma and Athena always only do fireballs against me and nothing else, its quite annoying. How many times can you hear Athena say "Pyscho Ball!".

Capcom: Gill in Street Fighter 3. This boss' life reviving trick is so unbelievably annoying, and even though you can stop it he still gets some if not all his life back.

I agree NeoGML Dizzy in Guilty Gear X is nearly impossible, with all those supers every 3 seconds.

I don't see why people are complaining about the Karate team. Ryo and Robert have never been a problem for me. Name one cheesy tactic from them.

Oh, and Brian Battler, does he have some sort of *&$%&^# autoguard? I hate him.

Are you kidding me? I think he's probably one of the easiest capcom bosses ever! All you have to do is start a long ground/air combo string with a jump in, and jump whenever he does a super. also, try to stay close to him so that when you jump his supers you don't land in his wake. then you're fucked.

there's a lot of recovery time in 3D fighters. you need to exploit that

I was just saying that I thought he was cheesy with that goddamn sword slash move that knocks you back into the debris, the dash move that always get 3 hits if it connects, and the super move that takes off about 2/3 of your health. He's difficult if you don't time it right or you don't use the Team Up attacks. THAT is why I hate him.

oh. he is somewhat cheap, but rather easy. no team ups required, in my opinion.

Athena and Chin. Chin because his fire-breathing DM is WAY too powerful for the speed and priority it has. I can't tell you how many times he's beaten me with it because it comes out so darned fast. And Athena is, quite simply, the cheesiest fighter EV-AH. Psycho SAAAAAWWWWWDUH!

Of course, it doesn't help matters when she, and not Andy "I'm the younger brother of the most powerful character in SNK Land!" Bogard is screwed over for the THIRD TIME IN A ROW!!!!

Anything and anyone that has to do with autoguard/superarmor moves. By far my least favorite additon to the world of fighers. Nothing pisses me off more than trying to attack someone; only to see them eat my attack and their's still comes out and nails me. Funny how when I do the same thing I can easily get snuff cleany out any autoguard/superarmor move (It's very rare when that crap actually does work). Doesn't matter if it's a character I like or not; I HATE AUTOGUARD!!!
