Rugal speaks chinese?!

Rugal only speaks Japanese. Both he and Heidern have the same seiyuu (voice actor) in KOF '98, so of course the guy's gonna say "Go to Hell" for Heidern's Final Bringer, but that's it.

As for Omega Rugal's intro, he says, "Iku zo!" which means, "Let's go!".

Is that what you meant to ask?

I mean, no offense and all; anything to help our Asian friends on the boards and whatnot...

And for the record, SNK was a Japanese company that made and produced KOF 1998. The only fighting games that I know have Chinese in them are Street Fighter Alpha 2, 3, and the Vampire Hunter/Savior and they were all made by Capcom.
