Street Fighter charecters in KOF

I was looking at a pic from KOF94, and I noticed their were some Street Fighter charecters in Rugal collection. I saw Ryu,Zangief,Fei-long,Akuma,Guile and Balrog.

Now it make sense why when Guile and Rugal fight on Capcom vs SNK, when they destroy that statue of Guile.

i see guile but no fei-long. that migh explain where he's been over the years.

Yeah thats true. I guess Fei-long couldn't escape. I wonder if he will make another appearance. Oh well, if I want to talk about Capcom I must go to the other rooms, so I will stop.

That would be cool to have Fei long come back after this long time..I mean...He never was really around long enough to adept a DM..HAH!! THEN ANDY/KIM WOULD HAVE AN ENEMY MAKING HEM FOCAL POINTS...THEN THEY WOULD IMPROVE UPON KIM AGAIN!!!

Damn, u have good eyesight, ever since I started playing in 94, I never noticed Balrog or Ryu. Fei long and Akuma stood out though...they are nothing to Rugal.

While we're talking about cameos in the background, I have 2 questions:
1. Is that Benimaru in the bg of Iori's '96 stage?
2. Is Heidern flying the chopper in the opening of Ikari's 96 stage?

No I havn't played KOF96 in like 2 years, so I wouldn't know the answers Hidden Character.

Guile is garbage, first he gets wrecked by Bison when he was young, and then Rugal wrecks him too...(then again, Bison is garbage compared to Rugal also!!)

Wow. That's insanely cool.

I always thought he destroyed the statue for the fans of Street Fighter II who could remember the ol' "Guile Statue" bug. It's a really famous trick where when you buffered a sonic boom with a upside down kick, it froze the enemy in a statue position. The only way to free them was to do yet ANOTHER Guile bug, "Guile's Handcuffs". Gotta love those programming glitches! *Goes to tech-roll in CvS2*
