Since people know the origin and action of the usa team how did the ikari team come about? Why was there never an Ikari Warriors MVS?

Ikari Warriors was an old shoot 'em up game featuring Ralf and Clark under different names. Players moved forward in an overhead view a la Contra and shot up everything in sight. It came out on Nintendo and the regular arcade.

I think their original naems were Paul and Adam. Not sure.

preceded the NEOGEO altogether. just like
athena POW and other stuff.
