One advantage SNK always has over Capcom. Character development. How can you compare "Anta ja moenei na!" to...um..."Hadoken!"
Here are some of my favorites, translated (Since that's usually the reason I like the quote...o_O)
Iori, Yamazaki and Billy's laughs
Shingo's taunt in KoF '99: "You hit me! My parents don't even hit me!"
Iori Vs. M. Bison in Capcom Vs. SNK: "I will slit your throat...." "WHAT'S WRONG?" "I'll end this fight quickly"
All of Yashiro's quotes, especially "Not only am I strong, I'm also handsome!" (winpose) and "Don't take this so seriously!" (taunt)
Moriya VS. Kaede in Last Blade 1, where Moriya says "It seems that you wish to die"
And finally, that weird sound effect Andy makes when he gets knocked out in KoF '99....

I like what Iori ('98) and K' ('99) say when they AB recover from an attack. Also, what Kyo ('98) says if you press A/C after his qcfx2 dm. Also, Iori's winpose where he talks fast. And how can we forget my laugh...
