Im not really sure if anyone made a topic with it asking who your best Kof characters are but ohh well.
for me:
Joe(all the KoF games he's in)
Maxima(99 and 00')
Lin(00', but im out of practice with him,)
well, thats my main three,i use others but im not good with them, yet.

Well for like the billionth time my top 3 are:

3rd- K', Clark, or O.Yashiro
2nd- Iori
1st- Kim Kaphwan!!!

Kim and Ryo are always in my team. I usually change the third character around depending my mood. It's usually either Iori, Terry, Ralf or Yamazaki though.

My best performance in any KoF game was with Lucky, Heavy D!, and Brian.

I tend to use Kyo, Terry, and Iori a lot on the various KOF games. I also use people like Omega Rugal, and Orochi Chris on the boss category. I also use Kim, Ryo, Robert, and Takuma on a secondary basis.

For the later games... K', Iori, Terry, and either Maxima as an all time striker or Andy as an occasional substitute. For 98 though, Billy Kane, Iori, and Yamazaki.
