Hey whats everyones favorite kof before 98??? I have to go with 96 because I just like the gameplay and everyone in it.

I like 98 just cause it has almost everyone in it. Except Eiji, Geese, Orochi....

I remember my friends and I, in a fanatic craze when koF 94 came out. I don't remember if World Heroes was out yet, but if it was, no one was playing it. The arcade I went to, which was Hawaiian Brain's Billiard's top competitor, had to get a second machine to put all the other Neo Geo games that were out at the time. Sadly, Brian's bought out most of their machines, after they went bankrupt.

'97 is the best out of all of them, until 2000 tied it.

'95 is my choice. The review of that game in Game Fan, along with that of Pulstar, were the deciding factor in my purchasing my first Neo.

97 is the best, tied with 2000.

i never understood why people hated it, i loved every bit of it!

Hey, I liked that too.
I read that, & promptly ordered '95.
I really enjoyed it a lot.
For some reason, I feel more comfortable w/'95 than any other.
Although I Like '96 as much.
It's hard to choose.
