does the tweaking of iori in future kof games make it any better?

i mean,c'mon, iori has the same moves from kof 95 up till now.other than the new DMs,there is nothing more.make no mistake, iori is a good fighter with those moves but he really needs a complete overhaul like what snk did to kyo.it would be cool to see iori's modified moves and DMs and a new style combo.

Well, if Iori has a new "Look" in KOF 2001, I'd expect him to play differently as well.... that said though, I kinda like how he plays now.....

Technically, he has some new moves; the Ya Sakazuki, Tsumagushi and his new KOF2000 Super are new. There's also the super of his "Riot" form in CvS that's like a Shoryureppa with Oniyakis.

Also, the main reason Kyo was changed (I think) was that in KOF'95, he and Iori were extremely similar in moves and strategy, and thus in danger of becoming like Ken and Ryu.

If I changed Iori, it would be to the type of fighter whose main strategy is to exploit opponents' mistakes. This would be an excellent way to complement Kyo--Kyo is an offensive-oriented character who can be beaten around pretty badly if he messes up, and Iori could be a defensive-oriented character who can really do damage to an opponent who messes up.

Well he does have new moves as they pointed out but he is deadly the way he is and he does have a new super though it is hard to use. But if you think about it Iori has changed no Scum Gale is less cheating as in 99". Though the dark thrust is good as ever!
