KoF '98, Kensou has a special intro against Robert Garcia. i think Kensou asks how he is, Robert replies is okay or something.

is there any particular reason why this intro is there? do they have a hidden special connection or something? :|

I think it's because they can speak the same native Japanese(?) dialect.

No,Ainu is the tribe that Nakoruru comes from,Robert and Kensou both speak the Kansai dialect.

I agree with Daigo. Methinks the SNK guys were bored and figure "hey, let's just add more stuff to the game, this is a slugfest after all".

Still, Krizalid has a point. Technically Kensou is Chinese and Robert's.. Italian? Mexican? So I don't get how these two are related in any way.

Well, Athena Asamiya is Japanese, right? Chin Gentsai and Sie Kensou met her in Japan while travelling around the world, so Kensou could have picked up the dialect. Robert could have learned Kansai while learning martial arts in the Kyokugenryo dojo in Japan (or is it in Mexico?

Damn, this was one of my questions from my ON.com Big quiz game! Damn you all forgot the answer?!

I heard that they both speak the same dialect, BUT here's my answer:

BOTH GUYS ARE DRAGONS.

In AOF, Robert was the "Invincible Dragon" and Ryo was the "Raging Tiger". In the American version, they switched it around.

In Psycho Soldier, Athena was the Phoenix, and Kensou was the Dragon, in the game. You guys can check this out; I shit you not.

That's the best explanation so far IMO.
