Does this combo with Kyo invoke a dizzy?

I'm not sure. I saw this other combo video that went like this:
(opp in corner)
Jump in C -> Stand C & call Seth -> QCF + D, D -> Standing D -> (Seth hit #1) D version R.E.D. Kick -> (Seth hit #2 and #3), D version R.E.D. Kick

214B - QCB + B? Kyo has something like that or are you talking about his HCB + B?

No no you have the combo correct there.I was watching this player doing the combo against the cpu (Kula).
Kula was dizzyed after that combo but im not sure if his Kyo had hit Kula beforehand.
Where did u see the combo video of it?

Kyo's hop punch which sets them up for juggle combos that one.

This guy is good at comboing stuff, that's all I can say. His site's in Japanese but I'm fairly sure you can wade through all that and figure out what to download.
