How to play as IGNIZ and O.ZERO ? (BIOS)

sometimes it works with dip 2-4 activated
but the other time nothing happens or the game
just stucks.

how do i choose the 2 corectly
and in which modes?

one other prob:

when i choose zero almost always
the game displays an ADRESS ERROR !...???

is this normal?

Maybe there's something wrong with the cart?

I can always chose those 2 bosses without any problems, no address error and such.
