You must mean the 182 style punch DM that Kyo does. No one actually knows where it comes from. All I know is that Kyo was trying to replace his Final Showdon DM, his most powerful DM, because he is not as powerful as he used to since NESTS kidnapped him after KOF '97 and stole his powers which made him weaker. He has two different versions: a two punch hit seen in KOF '99 and MOTM and a one hit punch in KOF 2000.
