Some ACTUAL storyline influence?

Now we can all specaulate the reasons wy King will not make it into the next KOF.

We can attribute it to the fact that we all had, at some point or another, called King a lesbian, and thus, the removal of King from KOF2002 was our just desserts.

But taking a look back at previous KOFs, King was dragged into these tournaments (first by Mai and Yuri, then by Chizuru, then by the kids of the female team).

Could it be that King finally sees her chance to escape from this year?

King is out because it's a dreammatch, however, May Lee takes her place on the Female Team.

y king is gone? well.... king shingo and rugal would make an ugly team.... but it's better than having them not playable... or secret... ok that wasn't serious but eiji, lin, and <insert character here> would probably be decent....
