My vote goes to Heidern. I thought that he was actually younger than Takuma or Saisyu until I read his bio...

i have a few. Bao is 15, but he looks 6 and sounds 6, Shingo looks 17, but he's about 20-23. Ralf looks 18 (in 98).

I say Kasumi looks younger than she is. In 2000 she looked 15 although the game says she is 16 and her age is really 21 or 22

kim kaphwan does he looks like he's in his twenties not his thirties. takuma looks pretty young as well.

I say Shingo; I mean, the guy's supposed to around 20 or 19, but EVERY year since 1997, he's been 17! <img src="graemlins/ohno.gif" border="0" alt="[Oh No]" /> <img src="graemlins/eek2.gif" border="0" alt="[Eek 2]" />
