The players in my local area disagree on the use of Joe as Joe is interesting but kind of cheesy. My personal opinion on the matter is that most people who use Joe do a move then Joe again. This is a good and bad thing as if what comes after is hard to do then it is skill but if it is easy then that is just cheating. Best example Clark Argentinean Backbreaker then Joe then repeat. This does work but a combo is cheating if it is easy to do but hard to get out of but it is skill if it is hard to do and hard to get out of. So what do the rest of you think?

Well I use Joe as a Striker,but only against the CPU.Some guy challenged me yesterday and I decided to stick with Clark and Joe as Striker,of course he and his friend were a little surprised on how someone like me could kick his ass with only one Joe Striker.

Let's see;Clark's SAB->Flashing Elbow->Joe->Jump CD->Standing C->SAB.I stopped from there cause I didn't want to play cheap.The second match I had A.Iori,I might have lost,but I lost with honors

I say its not cheap as I know it would not be a popular View but if you see by my view I guess you would agree

A combo with joe Higashi which is called cheap would probably require 3 + strikers to make it a 100% combo but on the other hand if you see the priority of seth and A.Iori they give around 80% + damage only with 1 striker and i know couple of combos with seth which are with 100% damage and require only 1 striker guage so I guess One would run out of strikers while using Joe as a Striker and will loose very bad with its rest of the two characters who did not recieve any striker

So I guess If Joe is Cheap to use then What is that when some one uses A.Iori or Seth

AnyWays Its just a point of view I could be wrong though.

I am not always right But I am never wrong

I prefer not to use any striker that holds a guy in place. I really do not like to win by cheap shots, I would rather shake hands with an opponent I beat or was beaten by, who beat me with skill than someone who beat by using simple patterns, or repetitve combos, because I can do those kind of things, but I find no amusement in it.

I respect the power of money, and see how hard some people work for it. No one likes to be cheated out of their money, I certainly don't. If people who play monotonously,think they are good, I wonder why they complain,if I do the same thing they do, and complain even more when I beat them without using the strikers for that purpose, I believe I beat them with precision and style.

THE MAIN POINT IS.....WHEN YOUR OPPONENT IS DOWN AND CAN'T DO ANYTHING, IS REALLY SKILLFUL TO HIT THE OPPONENT TO SET YOURSELF TO DO A DEATH MOVE, I MEAN, ARE YOU NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO FIND AN OPENING DURING THE GAME, WHEN THE PLAYING LEVEL IS FAIR, I USUALLY STAND STILL AND LET THE OPPONENT KILL MY GUY AND TOY WITH HIM AND PROVOKE TO WASTE ALL OF HIS STRIKERS SO I CAN BEAT HIM IN THE END WITH MY PATIENCE.

I HAVE A GREAT RESPECT FOR ALI JONES, SINCE HE CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. THE STRIKER SYSTEM SHOULD BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHAT IS INTEDED, TO MAKE THE GAME A MORE ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE.
