Does anyone know how to the do Iori handcuff in 2000

On a couple of occasions I have seen Iori get stuck to his opponent, kind of like the guile handcuff, unlike the guile handcuff, when the round ends, the game will continue on. The guy who did this to me, uses joe as his striker and calls him, to break the handcuffs. Does anyone know exactly how to do this, and there is even another handcuff like move where Iori is the one who is stuck.

THE IORI HANDCUFF I AM TALKING ABOUT USUALLY OCCURS WHEN IORI DOES THAT CROSSOVER KICK GOING INTO HIS CORNER WITH OPPONENT VERY CLOSE TO HIM, THEN THE IORI PLAYER DOES THAT SCUM GALE GRAB THING, ON SOME OCCASIONS IORI CAN MOVE WITH THE GUY STUCK TO HIM, AND IN OTHER INSTANCES I AM PRESUMING THAT THE OPPONENT HAS YAMAZAKI, BENIMARU OR MAXIMA, DAIMON, THAT THE IORI WILL FIRST HAVE THE GUY STUCK TO HIM, BUT IF HIS STRIKERGRABS HIM, THE ROLES WILL BE REVERSED, FOR IORI TO BREAK THE HANDCUFF HE WOULD SIMPLY CALL HIS STRIKER, IF THE STRIKER CAN HIT THE OPPONENT WHO IS STUCK HE WILL BREAK THE MOVE. i MUST APOLOGIZE BECAUSE IT IS VERY HARD TO EXPLAIN, SIMPLY BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT.

I think what he is talking about is the bug similar to Kula vs Clark bug found in White Tower's KOF2000 tournament videos(championship round between Maan and someone,forgot the name)

In it Clark tried to do a SAB and at the same time Kula did a neutral jump D,after that Kula became "stuck" to Clark.She couldn't move and wherever Clark went,she was stuck there with him.Watch that tournament video to see what I mean

I have never seen Iori able to have that bug before,and trust me,I have seen alot of bugs in KOF2000 *goes and add this one to KOF2000 BUGS file*

Yeah I guess so it is quite close to that one.
I think I've got it, so I will check it and give you feedback abt it in a couple of days ok

Actually, I have done it a couple of times by accident, it has something to do with one doing the hcbf a/c grab when the other person is grabbing you. But I'm not sure exactly what it is.
