what's wrong with ramon, other than the fact that his eye patch moves every time he faces the other direction?
Or that his win poses are all lame?
I mean, as a striker he's pretty good. But i think he should have been from Belize, because then he'd offend less people.

"El Diablo Amarillo" means "The yellow devil". You don't know much about Lucha Libre in Mexico, right? The only stereotype Ramon has is "tacos, tequila" he hardly looks like the typical mexican wrestler. I don't see people complaining about ninjas.

for starters his nickname is "Armadillo" no "Diablo" and i know enough about Mexican "Lucha Libre" since i'm living in mexico and that doesn't mean i like one bit of it and if you think he hardly looks like the typical mexican wrestler then it is you who doesn't know about mexican wrestling look at the AAA lamers
I play Ramon and Hinako. I like them more than the other so called better new characters for KOF 2000 (IE: Vanessa, Lin, & Seth.). While I've gotten better with Hinako, I'm still working with Ramon. No complaints, it's nice to have a character that takes awhile for me to get proficient with for a change.

Ramon is of my favorite characters along with Vanessa. My friends actually laugh at me because I use him and enjoy using him. I just can't help it cuz grapplers are my favorite characters to use. Even before I got my hands on Ramon i was dying to use him.

Ramon is fun that you knocked suposed best characters and laugh of them, I didn´t play him but I hear that the people use him for a joke play.

I like him personally. He rounds out my favorite team quite nicely, and nobody in my arcade really knows how to use him. One combo everyone should kow about with him though, is his close C - d/f B - Tiger Spin SDM.

My only real complaint is that he needs to have some aerial moves. Like moonsaults and the like. They made him LOOK like Rey Jr., why not make him FIGHT like him?
