Who do you think is the most powerful character in KOF2001, I personally think that Iori is the most powerful one. Why? He is the only character that has no problems, Kyo has promblems because of NESTS. K' is still not experince enough, K9999 is just a clone and a bad mutant. So who is the most powerful character? Iori, of course!

If you mean a total badass who would own whoever he fights in terms of looks, and sheer power. Then that would be...

And Kim kaphwan..
They are sure great!...

But Kula are sucks ass!!Argh!!....
She have unlimited moves that can make her combos infinitives!.......

Heidern owns everybody this year.

Blood sucker SDM gives back life - how can you beat that?
His reach is very good, and his f-ball has nice horizontal range.

Takuma is, and will always be, a strong character.

Her offense is very good because of the long, damaging, and possible infinite combos as well as her ability to get past someone's guard. She does not have hit priority though so she has trouble starting a combo.

She has the worst defense in the game. There is no decent response to a running or jumping attacker other than the counter super, and she is vulnerable to infinites from virtually any character in the game (that work only against her). D - New Wave Smash, repeat = death? A significant weakness...

Overall she is a still force to be reckoned with, especially in the hands of a skilled player, but she cannot be considered among the most powerful chars because of her problems on defense.

IMO Ralf, Clark and K9999 are all pretty strong in that game
