unlike 2000 ......... I can't call my striker anytime
wanted to know if there is a certain time to do so ............ this will help me in planning combos

Usually before a move.

You can do it sometime during a command attack (f+A for Iori for example).

You definitely can't call them strikers during a desperation moves.

Maybe it's cause you you need to have power stocks in order to call strikers in 2k1

How many strikers are you using?

For example if your using 3, B+C calls the 1st striker, f+B+C calls the 2nd 1 and b+B+C calls the 3rd 1
