Insert Request - Metal Slug 1 Japanese

Does anyone have a super high-quality scan of the original Japanese Metal Slug 1 Cart (Photoshop/etc.)? Or can someone point me to a link on the web on where I can download one?

If someone has one on CD-R, I will pay for your trouble for sending me a copy. Thanks.
