Loading you Metal Slug 2 on the NGCD

Hi everyone! We all know that the Neo CD has horrible loading. But can anyone explain to me Metal Slug 2's problems? I heard it loads in the middle of the level? I have MS1 for the PSX, it wasn't to bad. So someone tell me about the loading.
PS- If you have a copy of Metal Slug 2 for the US Neo Geo CD, I will buy it from you for $120.00 ! No foolin! I need that game! I dont care how long it loads.

You are kidding, right? I have the ENG version, and it's complete. If I decied to sell the game to you, it will have to be cheaper. It is a very great game (especailly the amount of blood the game dishes out

), but no where close to $120.

I have the CDZ, so I can't say for the Neo Geo cd system, but I have to say that the loading times are fairly quick--like all shooting games. Yes, at some pt, like when you are entering a building or something, there is a loading scene as well. But like I pointed out earlier, it's minimal, and doesn't happen that much.

Are you sure? I think I paid $65 on ebay, a while back. I really like the game, but I hardly play CDZ anymore. If you are intersted, though, you can e-mail me about it.

Thanks a lot Silent Scope but Master sold me a copy. And I am greatful of that. I looked soo hard... I stayed up all night on AOL search. Now it's done... I actually have a copy of Metal Slug 2 coming for me.....I feel GREAT! Well Silent...thanks for trying to help. I'm well-off now. Hmmm...I am getting Metal Slug X for MVS cart (must get it on ebay), and Metal Slug 3 for the home version.

I don't want to whine, but what happended w/ the MVS converter that Arcade was making? Any News? I am spending way too much on the newer Neo Geo games:..(

Sorry, but as for the Converter, I dont have any news. But you should get the AES version of Metal Slug 3. I heard the MVS version has some flaws? Anyway good luck!

who cares if MVS version has flaws. As long as it plays and price is cheaper than AES, what the heck. >:P

MS2 will load in the middle of the level for every level except level 1. But the breaks are in places that make sense. It's not like the game just grinds to a halt in the middle of the action. ^_^

For instance, in level 2, the game will load again right after you beat the last wave of mummies in the first underground section.

Ok, that sounds good. I just wanted to know. Metal Slug 1 for PSX loads in Messed up places. Ok thanks for your help!
