How do I access the dip swith menu on a U.S. version of the Neo 64 so I can get the blood and fatalities for Samurai Shodown 2 Warriors Rage?Thanks!!!!

just get to the test menu by connecting a wire to pin 15 (test) and pin 1 (ground), then go to game options.
