Whatever happened to the Hyper 64 racing game?

I remember that SNK was developing a racing game for the Hyper 64. I think it was a racing game with SUVs and SNK had it on display in AMOA or the JAMMA show in Japan. It was the fifth Hyper 64 game, but I haven't heard or seen anything of it since then. I guess it never came out, but what exactly happened to it?

The game was called Round Trip RV.
