hi

I got my Hyper board a few days back and also got my XRGB-2 converter. Now I'm going to wire the video and audio output from the jamma adapter to a RGB scart.
the only thing is that when I put the power supply on, there isn't any sound, noise, click, or anything that could inform me the hyper is on. Someone said he hear a "click" when it turns it on... can y'all tell me if it's the same with your board?
I'll hate to send the board back for a replacement... that would take long time.

I do ear that noise when I turn mine off but I wouldn't worry about not earing it because it is just some electro/mechanic component going back to off state. No worry there.

The sound pin on the hyper edge connecter is just for mono. Try using the stereo connector on the front of the board, and see if you hear any sound that way.

If you turn on a hyper board, and it powerers up, your gonna hear something. When I turn mine I can hear it power up.

If your not hearing ANYTHING at all when you turn it on, then its not getting any power. Make sure you have a power supply and the right pins wired up.

Do you have any other jamma boards? Have you ever wired up any arcade stuff before? It's more than likely a mistake you made <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

It ushually is when something goes wrong with me.
