Yes, there were dedicated Neo 64 cabinets. One of the few places I actually saw the 64 on location was at a bunch of Walmarts in Southern California. They were all SS64 games and they were all in the same cabinet that is in that Ebay auction.

Hmmm. Kinda cool, but awfully bulky for a machine that has a limited number of games available.
