any body ever get the ref on Smaurai Shodown 64

whoa tahst awesome. no never got that. what were his moves? ne thing special?
yes I wish I knew what he did.
his moves were very basic and he had a jumping kick similer to hanzos
his special was a grab which I failed too execute,cause I made my friend give up the ref so I could try.
Also his name was weird lookin.
normally the characters names are real clean looking with the black outline around red.
His was jest kinda blobish.
I did do his 11 hit which was real cool.

To get the ref, two people much be playing. At the char select screen, highlight a player you like (the next match if you win will use this player), and hold CD, then tap A, then hold C and tap A or B.

If you're looking for moves...Kuroko (the ref) is one of the most powerful characters in the game.
He's a mix of mainly Bust Hanzo and Kazuki. He has Hanzo's high and mid counters as well as some of his bone-breaking grabs...he just doesn't have the links. His BC unblockable is the same as Galford's.
His size also makes him difficult to fight....but its hard to master him because you can't play him as often.
A very effective move for getting in close is QCF+D....this move is the same as Bust Hanzo's DF,DF in which you slide along the ground quickly towards your opponent to attack.
A great way to get the special off with Kuroko...jump in and hit your standing opponent with an A attack. If that connects, execute the POW and it will connect....guaranteed.
