I think theres either 6 or 7 but 2/3 of them run on dedicated baords so if you have the 2 Samsho's, Fatal fury and Buriki(SP?) then you have the lot for the standard board

No, it's Warriors Rage 2, the Sequal to the 2nd Samurai game on the hyper, the PSX Samurai game was on PSX only, that's why it's a shit game.

play before you pay. trust me. find a blockbuster or gamestop, babbages, anything...

This game is for the most fucked up acquired taste you can imagine.

It's slow.
It's ugly.
The moves would be interesting if they weren't so badly rendered
It sucks.

But it's the worst shodown, so you got to try it. I have the US version. Hardly ever play it.

It kind of makes Dragon Ball Z final bout look good, so who knows

this may be worth a lot one day...

I must say the game does run very smooth some of the moves are very Cool like (the guy with the gun on the butt of his sword his super where he shoots u in the middle of the forehead <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">) but overall its no where near as good as any of the other sword based 3d fighters on the PSX and The 2 Prequals on the Hyper!!!

There is no gameplay. It's lame.

The menus are also fucked. Try looking at the move lists. No names in the english version.

What the hell did they do, make this game overnight?

It was a crack job I tell ya. SNK has neogeo/2D programmers, not PSX/3D programmers. You can't just have a neogeo programmer program a 3D game overnight.

Even capcom licensed SF to Arika for SFEX first, and then slowly built their 3D programming ability. It was a stupid idea, with some nice 2D artwork behind it, and no planning, no direction, redundant characters.

Gotta agree with Evil W on that score. SNK had little knowledge of PSX 3D programming, and with Warriors Rage 2 it shows. The game really does look like a 1st generation title.
