sound on 64 help

my 64 is in the mail and just wondering if I use jamma sound set up or neo-geo stero setup
thanks to who ever answers my ques

Mono sound can be obtained through the jamma harness.
If its stereo sound you will need the specific cable.

On a side note, i think there was 2 versions of the hyper motherboard.They differed in sound outputs.I'm most likely wrong though.
If yours is from Jeff at Vektorlogic you will need a cable for stereo sound.

I set the dips under the board on "MVS",
my board is from VL,too, and the sound is stereo.

Cheers mate, I just assumed that the cable was needed.

Is it true stereo thats emitted though?
