change my name to Douglas Hoo

Hi ! I just register to be one of your new member of neo-geo land..but i have mistakely entered my username as s7238502j@ntu.edu.sg
can you please help me to change to Douglas Hoo , which is my name , and thanks i have looking forward to reading more jucy neo-geo stuff on this planet right here!!

I do not know if they can do that or not. It would probably just be easier if you make another account, then ask them to delete your current one.
