I'm sure a mini garou was ready for the NGPC, these could in fact be sprites ripped from that, I mean, they "sorta" resemble the super deformed style used in KOFR1 and R2.

Heh, I saw a copy of that in J&L games in chinatown. Too bad the bastards wouldn't let me try it, I was actually really interested in buying it. <img src="graemlins/ohno.gif" border="0" alt="[Oh No]" /> Even if it is a pirate it manages to emulate the visual style of the ngpc fighters really well.

It looked like MotW, KoF R2, and KoF '99 photochopped together to me.
