This guy auctions of a RBFF described as near-perfect (what does that mean to everyone here?) and when I get it, the cart is scratched up, the book is worn and ripped and the insert is worn at the top. I e-mail the guy and he tells me to send it back for a refund. It gets sent back, he waits for 2 weeks and after several inquiries, he says that the condition is as he described it, won't give me a refund and is shipping the same game back to me. Basically his attitude is "I don't have your money anymore so tough shit."

So, be careful when buying Neo carts from this ass.

Did he have any pics of the cart posted in the auction? I learned this lesson too when I first started buying on eBay when bidding on a Neo cart with no pic (Robo Army). Wound up with a loose cart, badly scratched with no instructions, despite being described as "complete". Same type of BS from the seller as you got, yuck. So, needless to say, I won't bid on a thing unless I can see it. Same goes for me when it comes to selling-I always try and post an acutal pic of the item I'm selling.

He did have a picture but it was only of the front of the case (the best part).

Oh well, you live and learn.

What's the guys e-mail address?? I did'nt notice it in the thread...eBay is starting to get pretty bad when it comes to a seller giving descriptions.
Sorry to read about your experience.

This just stresses the issue that a seller can not be judged strictly by the feedback. You certainly have a case to file a fraudulent claim on eBay as this item was not in "near perfect condition." This seller actually purchased this game from me about a month prior to this auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1205082556

I am sorry to hear about your problems James and I wish that I had seen you bidding on this earlier so that I could have warned you about this item as I did with another bidder (intereference with auction, I admit it).

Sincerely,

Mikhail
