Rage of the Dragons AES

The English releases continue! SNK NEOGEO has approved another English production for us. <a href="http://www.neostore.com/store/comingsoon.html" target="_blank">Rage of the Dragons</a> will be available on home cartridge come September 26th in both English and Japanese version.

The English production will be limited in quantity and is poised to be the next Mark of the Wolves (closest comparison title). Preorder price is set to $325 for either version.

will we be able to have the meg count on the spine or is it most likly like metal slug 4 and kof 2001 but could we atleast have the disghen on the side of rage of the dragon compared to kof 2001 where it was just ritten.

WOW!!! I just hope that they'll sold out. Strange thing is that the price is rasing! Must have a ton of Megs inside that cart, so the roms that are inside this beast are raiing up the price (must have a lot of chips I guess!).

Wonderful. Not sure if I will buy this title or not as I am more interested in KOF2002 and SNK vs Capcom. But if the only way to get the English release of those games is to buy this one, then I guess I might as well.

Has anyone played the MVS version at all? Is it any good?

I'll pick this one up for sure.

To be honest I'm more excited about ROTD than KOF2K2 . . . they should lay the KOF games to REST already and develop sequels to other killer games like the Samurai Shodown and Last Blade series. Also a Garou 2 would be cool . . . but all that is wishful thinking I guess. <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[Crying]" />

It's great that so many people are still willing to work to keep this system alive! I'm still an MVS person, and waiting for SNK vs. Capcom before I drop the money on a new release.

Some nice graphics and what appears to be Kizuna and Vs. style tag in play!

Yeah, I´d like to see some pics before getting to excited about this new game! Usually these third party fighters are not so brilliant and should bought with caution!

There are a ton of junk fighters for the Neo Geo.
World Heroes, Double Dragon weren´t too hot, as I recall.
