MS4 ROM Dumped but forbidden to download

I don't know who dumped a MS4 ROM, but does anyone know where to download "Metal Slug 4 ROM" on the web. Some sites forbidden people to download a rom that is not release to the public. Don't ask me for the MS3 ROM because it's already released to the public. <img src="graemlins/smirk.gif" border="0" alt="[Smirk]" /> <img src="graemlins/shame.gif" border="0" alt="[Shame]" />

Anyway, with the actual release of Nebula you CAN'T use new games like Kof2001 or MS4. Prepare to die in this forum.
