I paid this guy 2 months ago for these two games and here is his last email to me:

I hate it when people do things like that. It is such BS. You tell him that you may be coming by his house to pick up the games yourself if he doesn't sent them to you. Just my thoughts, good luck.

God, such BS!!! Why is this world full of cheats!! I just dont get it. But, assuming ebay is done through the mail, perhaps, you could file mail fraud charges. Just a thought. <IMG SRC="smilies/mad.gif" border="0">
