FD/L: Last Blade Animated Short at Garg's Temple

I've finally captured this awesome animation from the PSX port and added it to my site for viewing, enjoy. I'm bummed though that we can't see it via the web in all it's glory, as I'm only offering it now in .rm format. I'll try and have the MPG available soon cause the audio and video quality is MUCH MUCH better.

Very cool man, nice work.

I've had PSX Last Blade for a while now, and I feel that it's an underrated port of the game. The sound is for crap but it's still, IMHO, a worthy substitute for people that have no other legitimate means of experiencing the game. Plus there's that sweet sweet anime intro. I like it more than Dominated Mind's intro, and that's saying something when you consider how insane of an FF fan I am.

I'm glad you got the intro out there, Gargoyle. The Last Blade PSX port hasn't been seen by too many people, and the work of art that is the anime style intro deserves more exposure <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">.

Why bother with a crappy PSX port, when you can play Last Blade 2: Final Edition for the DC, which is a fantastic port? Seems like a total waste of time to me . . . <IMG SRC="smilies/ohno.gif" border="0">

Fabulous intro! The RM sucks though. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0"> You were right about that. Still, I am glad you uploaded it. I have never seen it before.

BTW, I am using your Metal Slug screen saver. I especially like the soldiers BBQ'ing with the buring soldiers on the page as well.

FIXED! The movie is now MUCH smoother and is only 7MB. You'll need the latest Windows Media Player at Microsoft to view the WMV. Dont miss this KICK ASS animation, even if you previously saw the crappy RealPlayer file. This is MUCH better. Oh and turn the sound UP.
